nnAs a key valuable member of this winning+fast growing national Workplace Investigations team (20+) being led+ mentored by the Investigations Team Leader and Partner-Investigations, you’ll thrive on+love drilling into and unravelling all the issues to discover the truth and solving problems relating to:
nnntalleged breaches of workplace laws (eg discrimination, harassment, bullying etc), misconduct, corruption/fraud, privacy breaches, ethical investigations, other general workplace complaints & operational/administrative/process reviews.nnnIn particular you will be:
nnntliaising with clients, interviewing complainants/witnesses/respondents, undertaking research/analysing evidence, interpreting+ applying laws/policies and preparing reports with your findings.nnnWHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

nnWe are interested in hearing from you if you:
nnntAre degree qualified in law, employment/industrial relations/human resources;ntHave minimum 4-10+ years (or MORE) experience in employment law/ER/HR/IR/internal audit in a law firm/in-house corporate or specialist investigations firm;ntHave workplace investigations experience+ preferably also practised as a lawyer (not essential);ntHave strong analytical/research skills+ superior communication, rapport building, ‘people intelligence’ and influential skills;ntAre self-accountable, super organized and dead-line driven;ntHave a high level of integrity, empathy, strong sense of procedural fairness + can maintain high levels of confidentiality at all times;ntare hungry to expand your horizons+ get your ‘teeth’ into a deliciously enticing stimulating +fulfilling role with a first-class global firm which heavily invests in their staff.nnn
