About The Opportunity:
As the Store Manager at Adairs Victoria Gardens Richmond, you will see yourself working in partnership with the Assistant Store Manager, running a passionate high performing team delivering quality and personalised service to our customers. What we know from our research is customer satisfaction increases when our talented retail team provide further complimentary products and styling suggestions through deep consultation…… and this is where you come in!
In this role, you will coach, develop and guide a team of eight dedicated team members in this small boutique driving outstanding results. Along with leading a team, you will apply your passion for interior design in creating our customers dream home!
