About the Role
The Application Support Analyst - Dynamics 365 is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the BOQ Customer Engagement Platform built on Dynamics 365.
The role covers general application administration functions as well level 2 triage of incidents and specialist knowledge to assist with build and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions.
Other duties will include:
