The role of the Technical Training and Field Manager is focused on using their network to build awareness of the superiority of the product through education, conversation and reputation.

Primarily focused on the Newcastle, Central Coast and surrounding regions, you will liaise with industry peers, developers, builders and suppliers to provide solutions to quality issues through use of your superior product and to increase recommendations of use throughout the industry thus driving an increase in product usage and sales across the market.

What you'll need to succeed

• Solid experience in the Building industry as a Building Certifier or Building Surveyor
• Excellent knowledge of Australian Standards and Building Codes
• An established network and respected reputation within the market
• A passion in QA/QC and a belief in high quality products
• Related Tertiary qualifications
• An autonomous and self-driven nature
• You will have the ability to travel to ensure a solid coverage of areas across the State
• You will possess excellent communication skills but be able to remain relatable to your target audience
• Inside knowledge of areas of growth and opportunity within your target market
