Are you an experienced, results driven Relationship Manager looking to join a dynamic team
About the Role
The purpose of the role is to on-board, educate and influence accredited residential mortgage brokers in order to build a relationship with them. As a desk bound relationship manager you will support a portfolio of brokers who are not assigned to an “on road” Relationship Manager.
Specifically you will:
To be considered for this role you will have demonstrated Relationship Management experience within financial services
A relevant degree qualification or a diploma combined with a background in residential third party / Broker sales.
You will demonstrate a professional approach at all times, be able to communicate strongly and openly to both individuals and groups, think outside the square and have top-notch networking skills. Credit Delegation experience will be highly regarded as will training, facilitation or presentation experience.
Above all else, you will be a self-directed, motivated team player who is passionate about providing a better customer experience and you will thrive on working within a fast-paced organisation
