Exciting new Sales Executive opportunity based out of Sydney - Award winning business - Great environment - Young vibrant business!
We have been asked by an award winning business based out of Sydney to assist in the engagement of a Sales Executive to develop commercial relationships with new and existing retailer accounts (Amazon, eBay, The Iconic, adidas, SHEIN, Surfstitch) amongst others and industry partners to grow sales of their Doorstep Delivery service in Australia.
Have input to and execute the retailer sales strategy and plans for the Doorstep Delivery product.
Defining retailer segmentation, prioritisation and targeting strategies
Achieve annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans.
Build and manage the Doorstep Delivery sales pipeline
Develop action plans to achieve sales targets
Be the sales specialist and product champion to cross-sell Doorstep Delivery product within existing retailer accounts.
Build relationships with potential retailer accounts and communicate the Doorstep Delivery proposition
Prospect target retailers and build strong relationships with buyers and key stakeholders
Understand objectives and needs of target retailers
Clearly communicate why retailers should adopt Doorstep Delivery, demonstrating deep knowledge of how our products out perform other alternatives
Represent at industry events, championing Doorstep Delivery and enhancing the company brand and individual profile as a leader within the Australian e-commerce market
Build relationships with key partners such 3PLs and freight management companies
Cultivate a network of partner relationships to boost Doorstep Delivery’s profile as the leading last-mile delivery service in Australia
Achieve retailer new business sales targets
Sign up retailers to Doorstep Delivery to expand their retailer base and deliver sales targets including parcel volume and revenue
Secure strategic deals with retailers to maximise the share of addressable volume (e.g. share of retailer checkout)
Develop and grow Doorstep Delivery in existing retailer accounts
Define and optimise retailer segmentation, lifecycle and repeatable success strategies
Drive and demonstrate remarkable value for retailers, positioning Parcelpoint as trusted right-had advisor to them
Develop case studies and reference retailers as key advocates
Work closely with internal teams to drive sales and growth outcomes
Work with marketing to develop retailer marketing strategies and materials for Doorstep Delivery
Manage smooth transition of new accounts to the retailer success team, ensuring effective retailer on-boarding and ramp-up
Provide insights to product team regarding potential feature developments, and support the design of channel integrations to enable strategic partnerships
