They’re offering: Remote working from home opportunity Immediate start Leads with extra, actual clients needing our services Commission based with an unlimited earning potential We are looking for a Finance Specialist with at least 5 years of experience working in the investment lending space. This is a commission-based role that will suit the multi-tasker and/or someone that is looking for flexibility with their time within a 7 day week. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Make calls vetting potential Investors for their capacity and willingness to borrow to their capabilities Strategising and Structuring the client’s financial platform to fit their desire and goals to create wealth through property Action and assist Property Coaches by refinancing client's current portfolio's and setting up new structures for investment Knowledge of the SMSF Mortgage Finance market and the various lender policies Facilitation of the end to end sales process through to settlement and beyond Ensure all compliance requirements are met Attendance at monthly sales meetings and quarterly Aggregator meetings (via zoom or in person) The ideal candidate will have experience and skills as follows: At least 5 years of experience working with house and land constructions loans in the investment space The ability to use your knowledge and skills to improve the financial lives of those you serve Car and Driving License preferred but realistically your success will emanate from your Home Office Confident Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of ‘Applyonline’ for mortgage submissions is an advantage but not essential Why should you apply?
