What would I be doing?

A Sales Development Representative (SDR) drives outbound sales by engaging with potential customers who hire a high volume of staff. This is a role for someone with a lot of ambition, drive and resilience. An SDR is an entry level role, ideal for people looking to learn the sales trade within the IT industry.

Your day-to-day consists of generating leads by researching and qualifying potential buyers and researching and finding ideal businesses likely to buy your product. Asking the right questions to see if they have a real need, budget and urgency. Then passing on those qualified leads to other team members to close the deal.

This entire process is a great way to learn and develop the sales process at the enterprise level within the Technology industry and this Company will also look to promote you into more senior sales roles as soon as possible.

What do I need to be considered for this role?

With extensive training and coaching, this is a fantastic opportunity to kick start your Tech sales career. No prior technical experience needed. Just a burning desire to enter into the booming tech industry and benefit from the very profitable sales career that waits ahead.

To be successful in this role you'll either have some sales experience or at least know you’re right and ready for sales as your career ahead.

Retail, Call Centre, Travel or Hospitality experience are all highly regarded but most important is a positive, proactive approach and a willingness to learn.
