Your new role
Your key responsibilities include:
- Performance management
- Investigations
- Interpretation of awards and EBAs
- Coaching of leaders
- Recruitment support
- Change projects
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a generalist HR role ideally within the health sector or within an organisation with complex rostering and shift management. You will have experience in interpretation of awards and EBAS, investigations and coaching managers and stakeholders. Ideally you will have worked in a generalist HR role within a diverse and complex organisation. Experience being part of an EBA negotiation is highly desirable.
