Your new role As a Remuneration Analyst, you will evaluate the reward structure to optimize recruitment and retention, as well as:
Analysing salary benchmarking surveys
Conducting job evaluations
Identifying and advising on remuneration and benefits trends
Supporting other HR projects, such as training managers on the performance review process
What you'll need to succeed Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, as well as:
A sound understanding of statistical principals and strong numerical reasoning
Advanced use of Excel
Knowledge of the Hay or Mercer job evaluation methods is advantageous, but not essential
Excellent communication skills
