Your new company
You will be joining a luxury cars retail based in Parramatta, who has multiple sites across Australia and New Zealand.
Your new role
As a Remuneration Analyst, you will evaluate the reward structure to optimize recruitment and retention, as well as:
- Analysing salary benchmarking surveys
- Conducting job evaluations
- Identifying and advising on remuneration and benefits trends
- Supporting other HR projects, such as training managers on the performance review process
Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, as well as:
- A sound understanding of statistical principals and strong numerical reasoning
- Advanced use of Excel
- Knowledge of the Hay or Mercer job evaluation methods is advantageous, but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
