About the role

You will be highly skilled as an Optical Dispenser to inspire our clients to choose gorgeous eyewear through your creative retail fashion styling skills and provide them with outstanding customer care and focus throughout their journey in the practice and beyond. Working at our Ringwood practice Monday to Friday and rotational Saturdays you will be the face of our practice.

Duties

• Provide dedicated customer service to clients
• Meeting and greeting clients
• Fashion & style advice
• Assist the team with the day to day operations of the practice
• Have fun with the latest technology lenses providing our clients with A1 vision care

Skills & Attributes

• Qualified or industry trained as an Optical Dispenser
• Passionate about optics
• Understanding of SUNIX practice management software preferred
• Natural flair for colour and style
• Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport
• Initiative to take on tasks that require attention
• Attention to detail
• Team player, with the ability to work independently
