We are currently seeking hard working and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our Banjo’s Bakery team in Burnie.

As a Sales Assistant, you will receive ongoing training and development, and the opportunity to work as part of a team in a fun, busy, and supportive environment.

Your key roles and responsibilities will include:

• Smiling!
• Providing excellent customer service
• Merchandising the café product
• Achieving a high standard of café presentation and cleanliness
• Promoting new products and campaigns
• Supporting other team members
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Hospitality experience is essential
• Barista Experience essential

Must be available 7 days to work a variety of shifts from 4:45am – 7:00pm and public holidays.

Your customer service focus and desire to exceed customer expectations will make you successful in this role.
