Your new role
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will manage your own portfolio of roles circa 20 across Software Developers, Engineering, Digital, Marketing and projects, at all levels including niche and senior appointments.

• You will spend time sourcing and talent pooling, working closely with hiring managers and leaders of the business to ensure the best talent is found.
• Partnering with agency suppliers and building strong relationships
• End to end recruitment process for all roles ranging from a junior support position to senior appointments and technical roles
• Talent Mapping and Talent Pooling, utilising linkedin and sourcing through RPS license
• Salary benchmarking and researching market
• Create and post job advertisements, conduct candidate screening, co-ordinate and conduct interviews, and manage the feedback, reference check, and offer stage processes
• Coaching and training hiring managers on recruitment processes and interviewing
• Onboarding and HR administration.
• Delivery on any global talent strategies or recruitment process changes
