About the role

As Branch Operations Manager you will manage all aspects of branch operations including inventory, logistics, order processing & fulfilment, and
service coordination. You will ensure company compliance for the branch and work with the local Solutions Sales Specialists to support sales activities.
Clipex believes in providing solutions to their customers, not just supplying products and you will develop strong customer relationships and in-depth knowledge of Clipex products & services.

Key Responsibilities

  • End to end responsibility for the site
  • Efficiently operate the CRM system (Oracle Netsuite)
  • Manage logistics, branch Inventory, walk-in and phone sales enquiries
  • Develop strong customer relationships and a clear understanding of their needs
  • Work closely with the local Solutions Sales Specialist and Branch Service Technician
  • Coordinate some servicing for clients
  • Manage branch staff and ensure company policies/procedures are employed

The Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Current drivers licence & forklift license essential
  • Excellent customer relationship skills
  • Experience in logistics management essential
  • Experience in inventory control, financial and people management, warehousing, QA,
    and sales
  • Hands-on, can-do person with some basic mechanical aptitude to problem solve
  • Self-starter and able to work autonomously
  • Positive personality and strong values with a real desire to help people
