The Opportunity

Veolia ANZ is currently looking for an experienced Coordinator for our site in Murrin Murrin, Western Australia on a permanent full-time basis. We are looking for a hands-on leader who enjoys providing support and guidance to team members, whilst also leading by example.
This role would be working an 8:6 Roster with a back to back coordinator . It will be a 12 hour shift pattern day shift only.. In return, this opportunity offers an attractive remuneration package and a rewarding career path.

What You’ll need to be Successful:

• Previous experience at a Coordinator (or equivalent) level within industrial services
• HR unrestricted licence
• High pressure Water Jetting Ticket
• Confined Space Entry and Work Safely at Heights are (preferred but can be provided for the right candidate)
• Tertiary qualification in leadership, management or similar (preferred)
• Effective interpersonal skills, including ability to clarify, time manage and make decisions
• Problem solving, planning and organisational abilities
• Investigation, fault finding skills, innovative mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• FIFO / Comfortable working shift patterns

What You'll be Responsible for:

• Ensuring efficient and safe operations on site at all times
• Assist with Client requirements and provide a point of contact for Supervisors;
• Assist Site Manager in providing daily/weekly progress reports for major shutdowns.
• Assist in preparation for scope of work as defined by the client;
• Assist work teams to develop improved methods of carrying out works and reducing costs and time delays (Continuous Improvement);
• Coordinate procurement of materials from internal stores and external suppliers;
• Coordinate the utilisation of Labour Hire employees ;
• Coordinate and supervise external subcontractors;
• Coordinate the scheduling and utilisation of all site based equipment and labour resourcing;
• Ensure client requests are met and liaise with other BU’s where necessary for additional resourcing.
