Our main showroom and head office in Sydney CBD is seeking a full time motivated administration all rounder. This is a great opportunity to start in the optical retail industry!

What you'll do:

  • Provide outstanding customer service via email and phone

  • Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and be capable of giving expert style advice

  • Embody and communicate Oscar Wylee's brand and values

  • Strive continuously to resolve customer enquiries via email and phone

  • Perform daily clerical tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Support other stores via internal emails and phone calls

Who you are:

  • Organised and detail-oriented.

  • Excited to work with a talented, driven team.

  • Have a great attitude and positive work ethic.

  • Experienced with customers and great at serving them.

  • Positive, interested in design and/or optical and eager to learn.

Skills required:

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Professional interpersonal skills and ability to multitask efficiently

  • Strong initiative and proactivity

  • Ideally previous administrative experience
