What you'll do:
Provide outstanding customer service via email and phone
Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and be capable of giving expert style advice
Embody and communicate Oscar Wylee's brand and values
Strive continuously to resolve customer enquiries via email and phone
Perform daily clerical tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Support other stores via internal emails and phone calls

Ideally previous administrative experience
