Human resource professionals develop, plan, implement and evaluate activities revolving around staff recruitment, dispute resolution and advising on workplace matters, as well as representing employer, commercial, industrial, union and other parties in negotiations on issues like rates of pay, enterprise bargaining and conditions of employment.
They may also be involved with the administration and organisation of recruitment and the employment and training of an organisation's workforce.
